ALTER.EGO is an AI portrait generation service operated by Inhaus Media (inhausmedia.com.au). Contact us at contact@inhausmedia.com.au.
We collect your email address when you create an account. We temporarily process selfie images you upload to generate AI portraits — these images are not stored on our servers after generation is complete. We store your generated images so you can access them in your gallery.
Your email is used to identify your account and send transactional emails (receipts, account notices). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
We use Anthropic's Claude API for prompt generation and fal.ai's Flux model for image generation. Your uploaded images are sent to these services for processing. We use Supabase for authentication and database storage.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@inhausmedia.com.au. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
