ALTER.EGO is an AI portrait generation service operated by Inhaus Media (inhausmedia.com.au). By creating an account and using ALTER.EGO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ALTER.EGO. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You retain full ownership of all images generated through ALTER.EGO. We do not use, share, or reproduce your generated images or uploaded selfies for any purpose other than delivering the service to you. Your selfie is processed temporarily to generate your portrait and is not stored on our servers after generation is complete.
You agree not to use ALTER.EGO to generate images of other people without their explicit consent. You agree not to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or intended to harass or harm others. You agree not to attempt to circumvent our credit system or access the service without payment.
Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate AI portraits. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience a technical failure that results in a credit being deducted without a successful generation, contact us at contact@inhausmedia.com.au and we will review and restore credits at our discretion. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms.
ALTER.EGO uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude and fal.ai Flux) to generate portraits. Results are AI-generated and may not perfectly resemble you. We make no guarantees about likeness accuracy. AI outputs are not professional photography.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund of unused credits.
ALTER.EGO and Inhaus Media are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
